Nice and quiet place on Amelia Island

The location was nice, quiet, and relaxing. Access to the beach, tennis, and pickle ball was a huge bonus. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Amelia Island Vacation

Condo is clean and comfortable, enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the pool. Location is convenient to historic downtown Fernandina Beach, sites and restaurants with a short walk to the beach. Great communications, Ashley kept us informed of an impending storm during our stay. I liked the simple easy to understand check out instructions.

Good, as expected.

Enjoyed the stay, wish they would adjust the title to be more clear. The overall property has “beach front” units, but this unit specifically is “pool view”. They eventually list this within the paragraphs of the description. Walk to the beach isn’t bad at all though, no further than the other properties near by. Cleanliness could be improved, nothing dramatic though. Really great communication and check in/out process from the host company (though they do recommend you download a separate app to make things easier). They offer a text line for support that was quick to respond. Great area and beach. Over all, an enjoyable stay.

Great location and layout

Property was nice and location was excellent. The ONLY issue we had was there were tiny flying bugs that kept coming out into the downstairs bedroom and kitchen area. Not sure what they were but sort of looked like flying ants.
