Wonderful week!

This was the nicest condo we've stayed in on Amelia Island. The decor, well equipped kitchen, incredible views from the balcony, and convenient location contributed to an incredible stay! We hope to return in the future!

Great location beside The Ritz

Attended a conference at the Ritz and this location is perfect, so you can walk the sidewalk directly to the Ritz in just a few minutes. The place was the perfect size for us and our adult son who visited from UF a few nights. The outdoor patio was perfect and everything was updated and very clean.

Wonderful Stay

I rented this to be close to the Ritz Carlton where my meeting was. It was absolutely beautiful. It felt brand new. The furniture, kitchen, bathrooms were so clean and I felt like they had never even been used. The patio/balcony is gorgeous. You are right on the ocean with the most amazing views. I am definitely coming back.

I did not stay in this condo but I had to transfer to another unit far away from the Ritz Carlton due to construction on the building which was very inconvenient and not as nice.

Amelia Getaway

The property is first class from the kitchen appliances to the outdoor balcony furniture. The view is outstanding, and the beach is very walkable and not crowded. Ashley from the property management company was outstanding and extremely timely in responses to questions.

58 Ocean Place is Perfect

58 Ocean Place was wonderful. The furniture was comfortable. The unit was well stocked, The starter supplies lasted us the whole week. The unit felt spacious. The appliances were a Bosch dishwasher and excellent GE appliances including an induction stove top. Everything worked quite well. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella were provided. Ashley, the manager was very helpful and informative, The location is excellent with very good restaurants near by. We loved Lagniappe and Bar Zin Bistro. Beach access was easy and the pools were clean and refreshing. The views from the unit were great. We are eagerly looking forward to our next stay here. Thank you!
