We had a great time visiting Jacksonville.. easy walk to the beach, coffee, restaurants and bars. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Comfy beds!

Very close to beach and very clean. A/C works great and has full kitchen. We enjoyed our weekend and recommend this place. Perfect size for two adults and two kids.

It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a great virtual work environment. We loved taking our dog for walks on the beach before and after work. There is a nice partial view of the beach from the master bedroom.

Was a little concerned when we saw the exterior of the property but the inside was great. Great access to the beach. Only complaint was that there was no running water outside to rinse off after returning from the beach.

We enjoyed staying at this place. Comfortable and we had everytning we needed. Only complaint there was not a shower outside to get sand off of our feet. There was not a broom in the place. I bought one and left it there.

Stayed for a couple days to be close to the water. The location is great. Just walk out the door and you are at the beach. The apartment was large and had 2 levels and we were perfectly comfortable and felt at home. We also appreciated that they gave us a late check out to accommodate our evening flight!

My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised all the extras not mentioned - even closer to the beach than we thought, extra fridge/maybe beverage closet next to the dining room table, lovely couture liquid soaps, extra deep tub to name a few! We will definitely be back and stay longer!

We had a need for a last minute rental in Jacksonville. This owner was very easy to work with and very quick to respond that they were open for us. The communicate really well and are prompt in responding. The place is in GREAT condition and really just steps from the ocean. Nice location and in a quiet neighborhood. We were very happy staying here and would visit it again. Thanks for taking GREAT care of us!

Everything was good. We enjoyed our time there. The outside of the place could use a little TLC, and the parking lot was a skosh difficult to get into and out of. Otherwise, the location was great and access to the beach was superb. Thank you again

You can get anything you want at this logging. Everything you need is great: beds, living space, kitchen, bathrooms, beach, food stores. And if there’s something missing, email the management with kindness; they’ll listen and respond quickly. Catch the moon rise over the ocean and sunrise too!

Wondeful stay and thankful that we were able to bring along our two dogs. The location is steps from the beach and convenient to stores, restaurants, and bars. Parking is tight and the street spots were taken by people who were not staying at the rental so that was a little frustrating. Note, there is no ocean view from Unit 3 but the balcony is well shaded by a beautiful palm tree. We plan to come back!

We had a bumpy start because the cleaning company didn’t get the order to clean our unit so we were really shocked when we arrived. The owner took care of everything immediately. We went to dinner and came back to a beautiful, spotless condo. Great location. Beautiful unit. Would definitely stay here again. Very nice, responsive owner.

Everything was perfect except the hose to wash our feet off did not work. We had to sneak across the street and use that one to wash the dog and our feet off. The beach was so close to the front door.

We loved the inside of the property .. outside was a little iffy … online it says you can see the beach from balcony … you can if you break your neck looking lol ! But all in all it was a great place to stay just don’t look at the outside and don’t go thinking you can see the beach from the balcony !!

Cannot beat the location. The actual condo inside area was spotless and renovation really was quite well done. Outside really needs to be examined a little paint. Pick up of the area would make this much better property. I did send a message to the company and I told them I’m sure they’re asking would I return the answer is yes Clean great location

The property itself was great. Besides kitchen chair that was slightly broken. There wasn't really an ocean view as pictured there was wasp building nest outside sliding doors. And the worst part was all the construction on the main road. They hardly left room for cars to get to and from the condo. When it would rain it would flood the whole road. One of the construction workers walked away from us after telling us to stop acting like we wasn't allowed to get back to our condo

Parking is tight but certainly workable. The unit is one and a half bath (not two). It was otherwise as described. Perfect for four adults. It can sleep more, but more than four adults would be too much IMO. I let the property manager know about a broken shower rod and he was there in under an hour fixing it. Very attentive, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend!

Overall the stay was enjoyable. Good location and very clean but no view. I would recommend assigning a parking spot to the unit. Description says there are 2 spots per unit however when we arrived there were no parking spots available and all street spots were taken. It was very warm upstairs. I don't think the air vents were working in one of the bedrooms.
