Soak in the endless ocean views at Almost Heaven Beach house, an oceanfront home with sweeping views of the Atlantic, situated directly on the sands of South Ponte Vedra Beach! The wall of windows across the rear of the home displays the beauty of the ocean from every angle. Step outside onto the two level deck to optimize your enjoyment of beachfront living, the main level spans the length of the home, and the upper level is the perfect spot for tanning and taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean. This recently remodeled home is designed with gathering in mind, from the open concept living spaces to the bedroom layout. Three bedrooms await to provide the relaxation you need. The master suite features a king bed, smart tv, spa like bathroom, and private access to the deck. Imagine beginning and ending each day with the views from this room! There are two secondary bedrooms, the first features a queen bed and the second a twin over double bunkbed, and both share a full bathroom with a shower tub combo. The two sitting areas, the large dining table, and the ample island and bar top seating spaces make staying connected easy even while enjoying different activities. Your group will love spending time together inside, but the fresh ocean air and the sound of the waves are sure to draw you outside. Enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise, lounge in the afternoon with your favorite book, or dine "al fresco." Spend the day watching the kids from the deck as they play in the sand or join them for a swim. Strolls along the beach in the mornings and evenings are sure to become a favorite memory. As you walk, be on the lookout for treasures such as shark teeth, sand dollars, and sea glass.
Almost Heaven Beach House is located on breathtaking South Ponte Vedra Beach, perfect for surfing, swimming, and exploring the natural surroundings. Just a few miles away, stroll down palm tree-lined Vilano Road along sea-colored sidewalk pavers to the Vilano Pier which offers beautiful sunset views across the river to Historic St. Augustine, and you can also fish off the Pier. Take advantage of the variety of restaurants in the area, Caps on the Water and The Reef are two local favorites.
While in St. Augustine, enjoy all of the attractions the area has to offer. Ride the Old Town Trolley around the area and take in the historic beauty of Downtown St. Augustine! Explore the oldest fort in the continental United States, the Castillo San Marcos, and stroll down colorful St. George Street filled with shops and restaurants of irresistible local flare. You might even spot a Pirate or Spanish Conquistador in period attire! Breathe in the warm, salty air as you enjoy a romantic walk along the waterfront as the sun sets, casting its final rays on the sparkling water, the drifting boats, and the picturesque Bridge of Lions. But don’t forget to make good use of the night by experiencing the Ghost train or Haunted House tour. Enjoy the endless variety of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, art galleries and bookstores just a few miles from your front door!

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.
Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
