Beautiful space & place!

A beautiful turn-key condo outfitted with all you need for a beach stay! We enjoyed the quiet complex, all parties and families we interacted with around the pool and beach were kind and friendly. We enjoy the easy and quick access to the beach and the 5 minute walk to the Ritz Carlton beach-side restaurant! A special time with family, thankful!

The location of the condo was exactly what we wanted; the interior was very tasteful and the furnishings were nicely arranged. I suggest replacing the patio chairs with more comfortable ones. It would be help for guests with physical disabilities to add grip bars to the bathtub/shower bathroom. We enjoyed our visit in your condo.

Wish we could give a better review.

Nice location, great view, unit not clean but cleaner when we left. Could be a great rental. Outdoor deck not usable because not clean and no furniture except a long table with very small an uncomfortable chairs. Would rent again if the owners could improve the cleaning process and have some comfortable outdoor furniture which is why you vacation in Florida. Would expect this condition for the price in season but certainly not in off season.

A Heads Up Would Have Been Nice

Amelia Island is great and we will return but will stay elsewhere. We booked this condo for the close access to the pool and the views. The pool directly under the balcony was closed for renovations. While I understand updates and repairs need to be made we should have been made aware prior to our stay. I would not have booked at this location had I known about the pool closure and the constant noise during the day. From 8:00am until 4:00pm we had a construction crew watching us on our balcony. One of my favorite parts a beach vacation is sitting on the balcony with coffee and a book in the mornings. This was not a viable option as power tools really ruined the ambiance. Really disappointed in the poor communication from the rental company. So many great rentals in the area with similar offerings but hopefully with better communication.
