Quiet Spring break getaway

We loved our little getaway tucked back in the arching oaks. Close walk to the beach or Eagan creek greenway, and only a few minutes drive to historic downtown and several state parks state parks. Very quiet and tastefully decorated to make you feel comfortable at your home away from home.

A Wonderful Getaway

We truly enjoyed our visit to the area and staying at this condo. It was clean, comfortable and a great location for our mini vacation. We hope to be back again down the road.

Very dark (low wattage Light Bulbs?), basic amenities (no covers for the pans, limited cooking utensils), no kitchen storage for groceries. Loved the location and grounds.

Great place but not bike friendly

The condo was super clean and the grounds were beautiful. Staycation folks were the best. My only disapointment is that the complex is not bicycle friendly. There is no place to store an expensive bike near our condo (4D). we had to leave it across the property a good distance away. Speed bumps on driveways should be spaced further apart to allow bikes passage. No elevators so bikes can't be taken up to your rooms. ( Too many steps for older peep.) Amelia Island is a great bicyclists destination, Amelia Landings, although very nice, does not go out of there way to accomadate those who love to ride.

Wonderful spot!

This was a great place to stay with everything we needed. It was clean & the location was perfect for us. The screened in deck is a great perk. We would definitely stay here again.

Super Cozy

I was surprised at how much larger the actual space was in person. Everything was set up so nicely for when we arrived and was very tidy and clean. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The pool was really nice and big. It's a very cozy place and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing stay

Property is situated in a relaxing environment which provide picnic area if you prefer to eat on premises and enjoy the beach or the pool. If you prefer eating in restaurants, you are close to a lot of restaurant. Appartment offer everything you need and very clean. We highly recommend this place

Awesome first time stay at Amelia Island

I have lived in Florida my whole life however never been to Amelia Island. This was somewhat of a last minute booking to celebrate my fiancés birthday over the long weekend and it was a fantastic trip. The property we stayed at was very clean the host assisted us with every bit of information we needed from check in to check out. We got to see everything from the beaches to fort clinch and even some local restaurants that were recommended to us. Everything was great and we will definitely be back!

Lovely location

Beds were comfortable. Kitchen adequate, minimum pots, however dishes were plentiful. Supplies were plentiful. Large holes in screened in porch( one of the pluses in Florida because of the bugs) but it’s a house with out dressers, apparently Is the new norm. Found it difficult to adequately keep our clothing off the floor. Hangers, but no where else to keep clothing. Management was excellent, hopefully the screened in porch is fixed for the next renter.
