Family vacation time.

Very nice home with plenty of room for our family. The pool was the highlight of the house for our grand daughter and the adults. We loved the location near the beach, restaurants and ice cream stores; well everything. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay, Very quiet location. Perfect place for us.

Great home for large groups!!

Getting together for a family reunion and this home was perfect! First floor has a bedroom/bathroom for my 91 year old father so no worries dealing with the stairs. 4 bedrooms upstairs plenty roomy and comfy beds. The living room has a very large couch so plenty of room for everyone to be together. Pool was a huge plus after a day at the beach. We would drive directly down 10th and park at the free parking lot so my dad didn’t have to walk far. For the walkers, it’s about an 8-10 minute walk from the house to the beach. Not much traffic at all during the week, the weekend days were more crowded. There is a super handy wagon that we pulled the beach stuff into to make it easier!The garage game room was a hit for the young and old kids alike!! And the Cornhole was so much fun!Thank you Brian & Ashley for a great week!!!

Perfect Home for Family Vacation!

We absolutely loved this home for our family vacation to Jacksonville Beach! We had 11 people and it was spacious enough to accommodate us all without feeling on top of one another. The pool area was so private and peaceful! It was also nice to have an outdoor shower/hose to rinse off after a day at the beach. Loved having access to a bathroom from the pool area so we didn't have to go through the house in a wet swimsuit. The teens loved the garage space with all the games and its own TV. Everything we could ever need was available for us to use including beach chairs, wagon, cooler, and plenty of pool/beach towels. Restaurants & shopping is super convenient & close to the house. The beach is an easy walk or a 5-minute quick drive and there was plenty of free parking there. Some beach entry points had bathrooms & outdoor showers as well. Beds were super comfortable. Check-in and check out was really easy. Brian & Ashley were awesome hosts and really thought of everything a renter would need! They were super helpful & quick to respond to our inquiries. We are very thankful for their hospitality and making our vacation a memorable one. I can't possibly say enough about how much we enjoyed it! The description of the home is 100% accurate and there was so much more than we expected! We will definitely stay again if we return to the Jacksonville area.
