"The S hotel redefines the hotel industry in Jamaica. This is an authentic Jamaican hotel from the entrance to the bedroom. On entering there are 3 antique cars - one that Usain Bolt owned and a replica of Bob Marley's car. Stories are told from the reservation desk to the door that leads to the bedrooms. You can look around and read the plaques on. the wall, spend some time to read the books on the desk in the lobby area. Look at the iconic figures in the lobby area. This is paying tributes to those who built this beautiful island.
Most of the ladies at the front desk were pleasant and very good to communicate with. Philip (the bell attendant) was very helpful. The dining room staff went above to help. I was late for breakfast and they accommodated me "after hours." I had some work to complete and was able to get a secured WiFi. Thanks to the technician. Really appreciated his effort. Overall, very good training by the management staff at S Hotel.
