“If you think the Tapestry Collection implies a step above the usual accommodations at, say a Hampton Inn, think again. This place was closer to a Tru - very austere and disappointing. I do not believe that Hilton actively evaluates any of its labeled properties for conformance to any minimum standards - except possibly for those it owns directly which are most certainly the higher priced ones.”

“Great stay. I'd definitely stay again. Great location for walking the boardwalk. AC unit was hard to keep the temperature even in the room, but no big deal to me, I let them know. I did not use any amenities (no breakfast), they do have coffee, hot chocolate, etc in the lobby. It's the oldest hotel in the area, so don't expect the be glorious! They are updated. No issues for me and I travel all year! ”

“I would like a full refund for my stay.... horrible conditions in the room, no hot water available, an abundance of mold, front desk was not very helpful. Have no idea who the manager is, was told my complaint would be added to the pile? I asked for a call, was told that he may call me the next day, as he was currently off. “I wanted to reach out and share what an exceptional stay I had at your property. The breakfast was great, and I particularly enjoyed the herbed potatoes. The massage I received from Heather was amazing and truly the best I have ever had. I also appreciated the property's location; it feels very private and safe while remaining close to the beach and a wide variety of restaurants. Additionally, the fireplaces within the library and bar area are unique touches that you don’t often……

“Here's the good: - nice location - clean linens and carpet - nice pier to sit on overlooking the bay. Everything else: Booked a month or so ago. Arrived to discover they were renovating parts of the hotel, and that my room was directly over top of where workmen were cutting large slabs of marble with saws. When I inquired about the noise, the staff only said "Oh, we're renovating." Constant power sawing went on for two days. The morning of check out, I was in the shower when the water was……
