"The place was a mess when we got there. There was blood in one of the toilets. The beds weren’t made and there was stuff in the fridge. We went to the lake for a few hours, when we got back there was other people’s stuff in the house and in the fridge. I paid a for the night expecting a clean place that my wife and I could enjoy. We had to leave not knowing who these people are. I contacted the lady who I delt with and she has no clue of what happened. I expect a full refund "

"This place has been my go too for these last 2 times i have been in Crossville TN. The sad news tho they are the Wyndham corporation is pulling out and no one has a clue to what is going to happen. So take this opportunity new while you can because starting January they will be gone. Hopefully another time share company buys the resort. I don't have enough words to how great this place is. I am very picky and thrifty with my money and this place is on the top of my list for everything on it. You can't go wrong staying here. "
