"This walk-out basement apartment has very nice, comfortable LR, kitchen, BA, and dining areas, but the BA is on the end of the apartment opposite from the BR. The grounds and patio are great. Access from I-75 is via a winding 15-20 min drive each way through a hilly area, although it was not especially challenging. Very nice host."

"I appreciated the proximity to Lake Melton as well as other attractions. The building is old in an historic way but the amenities inside are good: plenty of water pressure and hot water, a washer, coffee maker, stove, kitchen utensils, etc. The parking was handy and I felt quite safe even coming back after 11pm."
