And don’t suggest anyone staying alone- felt safer with a male guest we had. Bring your pillows. The beds had the latest pillows and I had to go buy my own to have a decent nights sleep. "Awesome property and great stay for our family whilst visiting family. Lots of space inside to roam; sunroom & toys for kiddos were thoroughly enjoyed! Check i/o was a breeze, very responsive hosts, safe neighborhood, large backyard nice to stretch legs & ramble with kids before dinner. We would stay again and definitely recommend!"

"We had an absolute wonderful time, and experience at this home, and the location on the lake. The home was exactly as the pictures show, and more. Everything we needed was there for use, including more beach “lake” towels, plenty of towels & also shampoo & conditioner were there if needed. "This property is located on part of Knoxville's famous Dogwood Trail and in a neighborhood that boasts beautiful flower gardens, blooming landscapes, lovely historic homes and, while we stayed in April, native flowering dogwood trees. It is a lovely, well maintained rental and will not disappoint."

"Don't hesitate—just book it! Although the pictures are very accurate, the house is so much roomier than I expected! It is well-decorated, clean, and such a fun, unique place! "You get more for the cost compared to other places I've stayed, parking in the garage for me is a plus in view of safety, The only thing I suggest for any traveling to this location in a full size truck with 2 wheel drive in dry weather my truck experienced a little spinning climbing the incline driveway and the front entrance and decks can use a little cleaning prior to guest arriving. But over all we enjoyed our stay and will recommend it."

The house was exceptionally clean and even though it was in a county park with boat ramp access, it was very quiet. The house is a modular home with very nice, practical furnishings.
