Located in Javea, Villa Maracuya is a beautiful 6-bedroom villa with a private pool where you can make the most of those hot, sunny days.

The villa consists of 2 levels, in the lower part we have the kitchen open to the living-dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Upstairs there are another 4 bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

The villa is only a 5-minute drive from the lively bars and restaurants of Jávea and the well-known sandy beach El Arenal, a popular Blue Flag beach.

The Tossalet area, a very quiet area a few kilometers from Javea. From this town we can access each and every one of the coves of Javea, which are all worth visiting and being able to observe the diversity that nature offers us.

Good sized villa but on busy road

Villa was of a good size and has aircon (at a charge) throughout. However, aircon does not work at all in the main front bedroom, which was really really horrific in the august weather (guess who got that bedroom!). location was as expected when we booked but it is on a very busy road with no pavement so it is either a quick danger walk to the beach or a very meandering walk down lots of sidestreets that takes a lot longer. I think you ideally want to have a car if you are staying there, esp since key collection and drop off is not walking distance. For the money we spent we would have expected some more basics, e.g. loo roll, dishwaster tablets, washing up liquid etc. Would probably go elsewher enext time as the villa is expensive for what it is. That said, a nice time was had by all.
