"We’ve been going to Lake Geneva for years. This was our first time staying here. The pillows could be a little softer but other than that we will definitely come back and stay here again. "

"The hotel is in a very sketchy area and we had a drunk/drugged individual walk in through the front door and started stealing items from the front desk area and youths walking through the bar restaurant area selling candy and not asked to leave. Also, we ordered two Queen beds but received one King with extremely uncomfortable pull out sofa for the kids, with no option to switch to two Queens like we ordered. "

"My suite was not properly cleaned. There was hair in the tub, sticky kitchen floor. Kept getting annoying texts to rate my stay etc."

"The breakfast was an average waffle and watery eggs breakfast. We had no towels in our room but one of the employees was quick to fix it! Check in lady was nice."

"The gym is only open from 6 AM to 10 PM. That was a bit of a deterrent."
