"Great"

"The workers were great and room was clean, but there wasn’t any hot water. Coming back to shower, relax and rest but hated that me and my kids had to take cold showers that night. No I didn’t call the front desk because we were already tired and didn’t want to have to deal with excuses and possibly moving to another room. "

"Kitchenette was simply a cabinet with a sink, nice for the two days we chose to stay in, but wouldn’t agree that it had everything we would need to cook. The on site breakfast was extremely minimal, waffles, oatmeal, cereal coffee, and juice that came out clumpy👀. When I told the attendant Saturday morning she seemed more concerned with whatever I pulled her from in the back than looking in the cup. The shower was concerning, the linens dragged the floor and stayed wet, and shows. And the shower head seemed old and well sucked."

"First and foremost, our minivan was stolen right off the parking lot!!!! Everything else is just icing on the cake. They refused to give us our money back and acted like nothing happened. Breakfast was lousy. We had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed. The rental company refused to give us another rental because they did not have the stolen one in their possession so we spent the majority of the next morning trying to secure another rental. That took ALL MORNING!! And when we asked for our money back, the staff told us that they could not give us a refund because the checkout time had already passed! Be Warned! If you do not want to worry about your vehicle or your belongings being stolen while you are sleeping peacefully, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! At least none of our family was hurt. The police said to look on the bright side-we were not there when it was stolen and were not assaulted with a weapon. Crappy, unsafe place!"

"The room was clean, the pillow were perfect. Mattress was a little uncomfortable. we loved the all suites tower. Very convenient. Loved the band on stage and the gambling was fun"
