「Hotel staff were excellent but the fabric of the hotel left much to be desired. We were made very welcome and staff were most helpful, it's just a pity that some furniture was quite shabby and needs updating. One major problem was the bathroom where taking a shower was potentially dangerous, the baths are difficult to step in and out of due to their design which slopes too steeply.」

「The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. 」

「The hotel was really lovely. The views were second to none but it was the staff that made the stay . The staff were excellent. So friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food in The Azure Restaurant was delicious. I would highly recommend the hotel and I would definitely return.」

「Everything is great! The staff, perfect dinner, breakfast, woodland trail and cute kitchen garden. Just s bid sad not be able to enjoy the spa treatment as it's fully booked. Recommend to reserve a spot upon check-in/arrival.」
