“Unit is beautiful, well-maintained, location is perfect - 1/2 block to the boardwalk. The use of pools steps away, and designated parking are wonderful perks. However, the listing shows as 1 bath when there are 2 full bathrooms with waterfall showers! Why not update this info in the listing? Kitchen is very basic, not well-equipped if you like to cook. Three very large, new TVs, but no cable, only streaming and the signal did not work or was not strong enough some of the time. Also know, you……

“This condo fit our needs perfectly. We were a family of 9 adults in NYC to do all the sights and experiences we could in a week. We found this condo clean, nicely finished, roomy, with a large kitchen stocked well and bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. It is about a 15 minute walk to subway in a very safe neighborhood. Grocery store also about 15 minute walk. Bus stop is within a couple blocks of condo. Ying responded promptly to our questions and we had an excellent stay here. Highly……
