「Very thin staff team… budget」

「The room was massive and clearly newly decorated. It was let down on the first night by the previous occupants filthy towels still being in the room. The other major issue with the room is the noise. The room is at the front of the hotel and the noise from the revellers outside and the sound system just below the room meant no sleep. There should be a new word for places that charge you to stay but you can’t actually get any sleep. On the plus side the staff were friendly and the cocktails...

「Cheap and cheerful. The room was in a good clean condition. Some of the fittings and decor probably need updating but regardless of that I had an excellent stay and would recommend this place. I had everything I needed in my room and I was allowed to check in late, at nearly midnight! Bless the poor chap who i got out of bed to let me in after a full day of drinking for my daughters graduation. Nice honest people. Thanks Chris」

「酒店离Jesmond地铁站很近，离市中心也近。酒店服务好，早餐好，也很安静。唯一的不足是电梯不是直达每一层。我住的层没有电梯直达，而行李很重，所以，需要搬一层才能到房间。如果是女士，就会觉得搬行李不方便。」

「超級方便，就在火車站出口，附近行街購物飲食也很方便，早餐豐富，房間光猛，唯獨是沖涼的水壓比較低」
