"The hotel is in a pretty central location, it’s pretty close to Hopson One mall which has plenty of shopping and dining options. The air conditioning units are abysmal and no matter how low you set it, the temperature in my room was averaged between 21°-23° the six nights I spent there even with the AC set at 17°. Staff are kind however they do not speak any English as advertised. It took an unsuccessful phone call, a visit to the front desk, two translation apps and three employees to answer...

"We stayed here for two nights during the summer and it was a pretty good experience. Let’s start by saying the rooms are a bit dated but they did renovate the lobby to be more modern. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was one of my favorites of the most of the hotels I’ve stayed at. The hotel is located in the city center where you can find numerous modes of transportation to many popular spots."
