「Upon first appearance the house is nicely decorated. The owners did provide toilet paper, paper towels, and hand/dish soap which was nice. However, the house needs a serious deep clean. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms directly Above the beds had a thick layer of dust on them. There were crumbs in the corners of the kitchen floors and the dining room & dust bunnies in the family room. Only one of the lights above the bathroom vanity worked, the other one had a missing bulb & the other 2 did not...

「House is in a nice location. The pictures were photoshopped on the listing to make the wood appear to be a more modern wood tone than it actually is. 「Stayed here for a show at SPAC with my dad. The property was perfect for our needs; 2 bedrooms, clean, good amenities, and it was a quiet and peaceful location. No traffic noise, nice large yard with a fire pit and awesome gas grill. It was nice staying in a quieter area but still close to Saratoga and the concert venue.」

「We spent three nights in this cute townhouse. It was well stocked and clean and suited our needs for our stay. The beds were comfortable and off street parking was great. 「Our group had a really lovely time staying on the lake. The view, the ability to take a boat out in the morning, and a dip in the afternoon... a delight! It's a little more rustic indoors, so be prepared to bring things like olive oil, or pepper, if you're planning on cooking. And linens aren't included. But beyond that, the VHS collection was very fun, and the grill and fire pit were also a great way to spend the evening. Thank you to Robb for a wonderful long weekend!」

「Michael was the best host! The house was so lovely and right by activities. We rented a boat a short drive away, had delicious food at the pub, and hung out at the beach! Michael was so responsive and any issue we had was assisted with immediately. He was very communicative leading up to the stay as well.
