like-we were given a quiet room. dislike- 1. ventilator in the bathroom was not effective, 2. when I made the booking, rooms wz 2 single beds were all taken, so I booked a room wz Queen bed. At the point of checking in, I was told they hv a room wz 2 Single beds avai, but the staff asked me to top up MYR30.

I'd suggest that the reception staff highlight to those guest who drive to the hotel the need to display parking coupon (instead of just asking them their vehicle's license plate number).

Bedsheet had some stains like blood stains. Towels had dark stains on it as well. Everything else was good. No extra key card.
