Ubytovat se ale bez snídaně

Hotel v celkovém hodnocení je velmi dobrý akorát vše hotelu pokazí snídaně kde na pití je jenom kafe. Takže absolutně nevhodné pro děti a možná i pro některé dospělé kteří by si raději dali čaj. Takže ubytovat ano, ale bez snídaně. V okolí je dost lepších možností kde si dáte kvalitní snídani.

Booked 2 rooms one for my parentS and one for me and hubby. The male receptionist at night was friendly, however on our second night which we are checkong out the next day, my mum intend to have supper with us, but my dad wanted to sleep. So we went to the receptionist and asked if they can help us open the door as we didn't see the need to request for a second room card which need another 50myr and they said "yes, they can help us opened the door." Thus, of course we went out for supper. Upon return, the lady who was alsp there when we first asked, did help my mum to open the door, but with an unhappy attitude was obviously shown on her face. The customer service level of the hotel do have its room to improve. Lastly, the air conditioning in my parents room was not really working. In short, their maintenance service should also improve. Else I would rather stay in my relative's house instead of staying there. But since we do not want to trouble them, we stayed in this hotel. Thus, we hoped that they can improve to a better level so when we next return, we might considered here again.

Nice hotel close to kulai city

Stategic location close to kulai city. Near to restaurant, shopping mall, entertainment. Room just ok for one person. But at night to noisy with pub beside the hotel.

COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER

On arrival, the night shift staff members especially, the Indian young man, was excellent and most helpful. He got us a trolley and helped moved all our things from the car to the room. On departure, the day staff weren't so helpful. Breakfast - looking at the diminishing food, and tasting the poor quality coffee, we ate outside.

Banyak kedai berdekatan.

Lobi walaupun kecil, tapi cantik. Kedua2 receptionist siap berdiri apabila kami tiba, Dan sentiasa senyum. Good customer service, keep it up. Walaupun bilik kecil, tapi Kami sekeluarga berpuasa hari.

Simple no frills hotel.

Located in town center. Check in was fast and obliged to pay a 50 ringgit deposit refundable upon check out. Room was clean and sparse. Good for a night's stay or two. Recommended for business travelers. Breakfast is laughable.
