We enjoyed our 12-night stay here and found it to be clean and quiet. It is a nice neighborhood and we felt safe walking in the area, including the nearby university campus. Suggestions would be to provide more clothes hangers for the bedroom closets, a small dresser for the bedrooms and a towel rack for the bathroom. These are minor issues and we have no reservations about recommending this property. The host responds quickly.

We are from MI and our daughter goes to Arkansas State University and we come down to homecoming every year to see her, and love staying here close to the school. Great accommodations!!

Lovely little house in town

This property is wonderful and secluded even though it is in town. The driveway was a bit of a tight squeeze for my truck but everything else was absolutely great!

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Visited with family and friends. The mountain bike trails at Graigshead Forest State Park are great. Trails for beginners and multiple pro jump lines made for some great riding.

We visited the area for 1 week. This little home was a perfect launching point for many destinations. Easy to find, & located very well in the NE part of Arkansas. Property owners were VERY good with communications.

We wondered what Quiet County Setting was going to be like. It is a quiet county setting, surrounded by trees and beauty, but right in the city, close to everything. It is a beautiful home with everything we needed. My daughter and I have difficulty sleeping in other beds, however the beds were very comfortable. When we return we will definitely stay here!

Quiet and Comfortable

This place is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The owner is prompt when answering any questions. There's a welcome binder for guests. Very pleasant place to stay. The king bed is softer for people who like soft beds and the queen bed is firmer. Be careful of the tub floor, it can be slippery - there's no bath mat. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.
