「the overall conditions of hotel live up to my expectation being a five stars hotel. unfortunately, the house keeping services were so bad that i requested a tea pot for several times since check in. no one in the hotel responded to my request. i have to walk down to the restaurant and ask for one.」

「No air conditioning. I could hardly breathe because I could not adjust the room's temperature and could not open the window. The worst part was I had to stay at the hotel for 3 days. The hotel was the most expensive but the worst service one in my 22-day travel in Europe. Therefore, I chose to leave earlier from the hotel and late r back to it.」

「I booked a twin bed room and fully paid, however I got a tiny single bed room which is cheaper price. I traveled from a long way to the hotel, I was really tired and had to get ready for my next day business. Instead I had to argue with the reception because they thought I was alone so they arranged a tiny single bed room for me even though I paid for twin bed room for 2 nights. It was ridiculous, but they offered free breakfast for one day, the next day changed to a twin bed room. Although they...

「大理石廁所是全間房最美的部分，而且很大很舒服，其餘睡床都舒服整體沒有什麼不好的地方。地點位於遠離市中心一段路程，我每天都走路去市中心的。」

「This property is right at the airport. It is extremely convenient if you have to stay overnight either before or after a flight. I would certainly come here again under similar circumstances.」

「房間乾淨有兩種硬度的枕頭可選擇，洗澡跟洗頭是同一瓶沐浴用品，沒有牙刷與牙膏，周圍環境較偏僻沒有太多餐廳，房間大小不大但隔音很差，聽的到隔壁在廁所說話的聲音及進出或是打掃房間的聲音。」

「Great location. You can walk to Metro (Rogier) and shopping mall (City 2) within 5 minutes. Although there are some homeless on the street, it is still safe around the hotel. The front desk staff are super helpful. They help me to photocopy document and tell me the direction of my school. That's why I extend 1 week in this hotel. I would definitely choose Thon Hotel if I visit Brussels in the future. I will recommondend to my friends too. 」

「It’s a nice hotel, the only thing is that the sound-proofing is quite bad, I heard many noise from outside. The shower needs to be adjusted for some time, but overall it’s pretty nice hotel」
