midweek visit

Excellent location with nice outdoor deck with Riverview. There was a lot of noise at night, as expected in the downtown area. Only compliants were the lack of a regular coffee maker, no hair dryer as described, and the towels were very small. Only minor details. Would definitely stay there again

Hightail House

This is a really amazing property and I absolutely recommend booking this. The views are incredible and the place was very clean. The only thing I’d be aware of is that I asked for the pool to be heated super last minute which cost around $300. They told me it wouldn’t be warm enough till the evening however it only got colder since we arrived. For $300 I feel a little slighted given that if they’d told me that for the duration of the stay it would never get hot enough to use, I wouldn’t have paid the fee.
