“The staff in the front desk get off work too early. During the working time, nobody answered the phone to solve the issues.”

“2 TV sets but all shows NO SIGNAL. WIFI connection is not available. Service center only reply: SORRY. Bathroom water is not hot enough to enjoy bath, NO sign of HOT and COLD on bathroom faucet, it is confusing. the lock of window in balcony side is broken, it is difficult to closed. ”

“WiFi didn’t work the whole time and nobody seemed interested. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Both showers were either very hot or very cold with no way to mix. Bathtubs leaked through the drain so ere basically non-functional. On the positive side the unit was clean when we got there. Nice proximity to the lake.”

I booked this stay through here and assumed it would be similar, but the house fell short in several simple areas: only one bathroom had hand soap (and it was a pump), there was no bath soap at all, no coffee, creamer, or sugar, and not even a box of Kleenex. “The Neighborhood is Beautiful! And The Cabin is Wonderful! We were able to enjoy a fire on the back deck, then have some jacuzzi time. The second night we lit a fire in the fireplace, ordered pizza and watched a movie. Loved the feel of the cabin! It was Clean, and felt very homey. And The Hosts are excellent! Super friendly, quick to respond and assist. Would definitely recommend!”
