Guest access
You'll have complete access to the entire property and all its amenities (excluding the garage and locked closets).

On the day of check-in, (after pool and spa waiver is signed for each guest) we'll provide you with a code for entry, which will grant you access for the duration of your stay.

Our local manager is available to assist you with anything you might need during your visit.
Other things to note
House Rules:

➤ NO smoking or parties.
➤ No noise after 10 pm per Joshua Tree city ordinance.
➤ Check in at 4 PM, Check Out at 11 AM.
➤ Maximum of 6 guests allowed at any time.
➤ You must sign the pool and spa waiver to receive the access code.
➤ Parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking (it’s illegal). All vehicles must be registered.
➤ There is a maximum of 3 pets. Pet Fee is $125 per pet and pets must be prepaid and registered.
➤ Pool heating is available seasonally, for a per day fee. Please inquire for more info, 72 hours advance notice required.
➤ Pool is open year-round 7 am to 10 pm.
➤ Renter must be on the property for the entirety of the stay. (Non-transferable)

Please note: Joshua Tree is under an open burning/fire ban from 6/1/24 until further notice, enforced by the county even on private property.

However, we offer a propane fire pit you can use during the ban so you can still enjoy a cozy fire. Please request 72 hours in advance to be delivered and we’ll include a complimentary marshmallows for roasting!! Propane is not included, you can bring your own, pick up some locally (2 miles away) or we do have propane delivery options for a fee, with 72 hours notice.
