Spanish Ranch on the Arkansas River- enjoy the rushing river from the Hot tub!

"Home is beautifully located next to the river w/mountains views. Due to Colorado's unusually hot summer home was uncomfortably warm without AC day and night. We enjoyed mornings and late evenings on the huge back deck. Host does send a rental agreement that makes one think their is more than vrbo's agreements. Host does ask renters to do a complete load of towels minus folding start a load of sheets. This is more than we've been asked to do in other vrbo's. Overall our ladies group gave the property 5 stars."

"Staff was great, had to check in a day earlier than planned, got a great deal on a suite,staff was very knowledgeable on location of restaurants and the surrounding area,looking forward to staying there next year for another rafting trip."

"Our family of 5 had plenty of space in this property. The hosts were kind and we enjoyed talking with them to learn more about the area. It was a wonderful getaway to leave the hustle and bustle of our regular lives. We would recommend anyone who wants to slow down, relax in the beautiful nature, and those who enjoy exploring."

"The house was very nice and the A/C swamp cooler worked great. The stairs down to the river were steep and the handrail doesn't go all the way down."1,000 feet of private river bank" is almost entirely over grown in Willows.There is about 50 feet of accessible bank."

"I had trouble getting the access code not because of Hillside Properties, but because I didn't have phone service. I was grateful that Shana was there cleaning when I was on my way to Westcliffe and got an access code. Then once I had internet I had service. Beautiful place and very enjoyable stay."
