「Amazing hotel! Beautiful spacious rooms that are modern! Helpful staff! Loved the pool !」

「The doors for the bathroom and shower are shared and rather awkward. They dont fully close on one side either (Shower).」

「Only thing is Wi-Fi speed very very very poor (solow)! Only first day ok (not fast just can using) 2 3 4 days. Every day. Too solow. Can not open website! Map! Who can believe? Hope there can update speed, every one need internet! 」

「The rooms were a bit outdated, but I would still stay here again. The staff made me feel like I was visiting family! The rooms were clean, the staff were kind and very accommodating. The best part is the location of the hotel to the beach. Felt like I could roll out the bed and be on the beach. We even tried to re-book another visit before we checked out but all the rooms were sold out. No need to look any further, just book the room!」

「The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time.」

「Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and...

「Wonderful small quiet resort. Helpful staff and beautiful grounds, pool, beach, and ocean. Recommend!」

「We recently stayed at Windsong on the Reef for our family vacation in Turks and Caicos. The location is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking ocean views and direct access to the stunning turquoise waters of Grace Bay. One of the highlights is the amazing snorkeling right off the beach, which makes this hotel such a special place to stay. The resort has a peaceful, intimate atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy quality time with family. The natural beauty of the...

「Clean room. Beautiful beach. Beautiful beach view from balcony. Very friendly staff」

「There were a few pleasant staff members, but overall, the service and experience were extremely disappointing. The cost of this resort does not justify the experience or level of service we received. We encountered numerous issues during our stay, including extremely loud and leaking AC, a malfunctioning screen door, water dripping from the ceiling, an unpleasant bathroom odour, no hair conditioner, and a sticky, dirty hair dryer. The robes were stained and worn, and we were only given one robe...

「We had an AMAZING stay. The property is well maintained. Amenities convenient. Food GOOD. Staff EXCEPTIONAL! Shout Out to Raheem!」
