「The manager was very nice」

「Bad insulation noise controls, bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. We asked for change, but the front desk only provided one option, give us refund(ps:It was...

「Continental Breakfast lacks protein like eggs, bacon or sausage」

「The front staff was so helpful and gave excellent places to eat and helped us print in the lobby. The breakfast attendant was the most amazing gentleman who I chatted with us and made us feel so welcome!」

「The entire place has gone downhill since we last stayed here. It isn't being maintained or cleaned as well as I remember. The edges of our tub were gross with hard water stains, the carpet had a stain, there was a part of the trim that was broken. Breakfast was your typical motel breakfast, nothing special. The pillows on the beds were awful but the beds were comfortable. Some of the towels had stains on them. I don't know if we will stay here again unless there are some improvements.」

「Cheaper alternative to Moscow or Pullman. Easy access to food nearby. Rooms are old but clean.」

「Clean, polite, clean, polite, clean.... polite :)」

「It’s about 2 steps above an hourly motel. Most of the occupants looked like individuals just getting by… with all their belongings in their vehicles and in front of the motel doors. I had to sign additional forms regarding deep fat fryers, cooking supplies, pets and daily inspections. The room we stayed in was just renovated and was nice and comfortable but they were out of soap so they gave us shampoo to wash our hands. They tried…and everything else was sold out in the area because of...

「Exactly as described. Even better. Multiple outdoor sitting areas. Many basic kitchen supplies: spices coffee, tea, distilled water, condiments. Stocked w crockpot, cooking gear including silverware and pans. Grill and tools on front patio. Very clean. Great but simple furnishings. Bathroom was spotless. Ample supply of towels, toiletries and soap, shampoo, conditioner. Our only complaint is we had a busy schedule and wanted more time to enjoy it all.」

「If passing through, I'd recommend stopping here because they offer simple rooms plus useful extras including washing machines and microwaves close at hand.」

「Overall, we had a good stay. The room had a different layout than most hotels we've stayed in, which was a nice change. The location is great, up on the hill above Lewiston and conveniently close to shopping, restaurants and other amenities. Our only real complaint was the bedding for the pullout sofa bed our son used. The sheets and blankets appeared to have been stuffed back into their storage bag without being washed and had a strong, sweaty odor. Definitely something housekeeping should...
