「I have owned rental properties before and reaching out to the host should be smooth and effective which it was completely opposite in this situation: the property is well located and impeccable but the building itself is currently under massive remodeling with structures/beams exposed, steel beams holding the floor where this condo is located. Once inside the condo, the main window was covered in plywood as it is not structurally sound. NOBODY! should profit from renting and posting a property...
