“Staff is polite, nice and supportive. This is the second time for me to stay here. Superb location, lawson and sushi downstairs, plus a lot of restaurant in Namba Park which is 3 mins walk. So close to Nankai Train Station that it is very convenient upon your departure and arrival... If to criticize, the basin tap is a bit dirty and torn.”

“ The hotel staff are super courteous and provided caring services to us from check in to check out. They offered to take photos for us at the beautiful lobby and you can rent a tempur pillow (hard/soft for u to choose). Location is great too. Only 4 minutes walk from Kyoto station. If you travel from Osaka, highly recommend this hotel. It’s super easy to travel to Kansai airport too! ”
