“Very overpriced for what you get, food is average and no choice but one restaurant with average quality food. Alcohol not included in stay. You have to pay for all food and water inside park otherwise you waste your time walking back and forth to hotel. Other all inclusive deals are much better with Lots of variety. “The hotel’s listings are majorly photo enhanced and misinformed. I will give a detailed and extremely honest review. Upon check-in we were told 1 of 2 rooms were not ready and so they separated my family of 3 children by 2 rooms. The room we booked was supposed to be ready the following morning, not a problem as we checked in during evening time and left 1 suitcase unpacked. They offered to “upgrade us” which was exciting. “The property is outdated and requires refurbishment. Room provided at first had drainage issue with outside light not working. That makes it hazards in dark corner of the property. Second room was good enough but again stairs to room were sloppy making it hazards. We were offered upgrade to room where air conditioning wasn't working properly and noone attended to complaint. Only one downside was they never explained to go to guest services to book for the à la carte restuarants which we found out 3 days into our holiday. These were worth the money as the main buffet was just carnage and stressed us out quite a bit. The pool side snack bar was amazing and became our preference for a brunch.
