Great view of Sakurajima active volcanic island. Handy bus shuttle service to and from the hotel/ railway station. Excellent buffet restaurant food. Service and staff were excellent. Only small criticism would be that the decor is quite dated but the positives far outweigh this.

I booked with half board option with dinner and breakfast. My room was a bit oudated but it was clean and nice. The buffet breakfast and dinner had plenty of choices, and both were great. The hotel had other restaurants too so you dont have to eat their buffet if you dont want. The onsen was also great with a view of the volcano. The free shuttle was also great. I really enjoyed my two night stay here.

Can view the volcano island from Room. Purified water is prepared inside a clean boiler. Nice tea and coffee pick. The onsen at rooftop is smaller than I thought, but still nice, and it has steamed room. Since it is indoor onsen, the mist on window actually makes it hard to see the volcano. Shopping mall and outlet store nearby, some close at 9, the opening hour of shops nearby is comparatively long, quite convenient. It has free shuttle to pick up from JR station, supplement the shortcoming of location. Overall it’s nice with reasonable price for relaxation.

Perfect hotel with magnificient view of the Sakurajima volcano and bay. - Our room was very spacious with two airconds, great beddings, bright clean bathroom, good amenities - Breakfast was great and nicely presented. - Free shuttle bus to the chuo line. - Staff and services were top notch, probably one of the best we have come across. We would highly recommend this hotel.
