I learned the hotel was opened a month before our stay, the whole place was impeccable, from reception to every space in the room.
Staff is super friendly, spoke good English and made us feel welcome.
If we get the chance to travel to Tokyo this is where we will stay.

Google maps brought us to the staff entrance at the rear but it was not much of a problem..
Room was lovely,nice location and staff were friendly and helpful.
