Stunning oceanfront views from the lanai, the sounds of the surf on the rocks, and the spirit of Aloha welcomes you to our home in Hawaii.

Sea Village is a beautiful oceanfront complex with well maintained gardens, swimming pool, hot tub, gas barbeques, parking, and access to snorkeling and scuba diving. While our condo and lanai have always been "no smoking", the entire Sea Village property is a no-smoking complex effective 2018.

The condo includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, TV, wifi, and air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. Open your lanai door and enjoy the ocean breeze. The town of Kailua (shopping, restaurants) is a short walk, as are beaches and the Ali'i Garden Marketplace.

We comply with all Hawaii taxation and transient accommodation rental rules. Hawaii tax registration GE&TA-053-524-4800, STVR-19-359358.

Great place

Very nice location. Good view of the ocean. We saw whales and dolphins from our balcony. Close, but not too close, to restaurants and shops.

We loved this condo! The lanai was perfect and so relaxing, we even got to watch the 4th of July fireworks from there! Everything we needed in the kitchen including a blender! Bathrooms were clean and towels were so soft! Beds were so comfortable and welcoming after long travel. Full beach gear including boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and snorkel gear! Books and puzzles as well as DVDs and guide books to use. Jon was very easy to communicate with and we loved our stay. The property was quiet and the pool was perfect! We're hoping next time we can come to big island we can stay here again!

Great location and place!

Loved all the food recommendations in the binder, they were spot on, location was great and enjoyed walking into town. Place was super clean, we loved spending time on the lani and enjoyed the beach and snorkel gear. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay

The location and amenities of this property canā€™t be beat! The condo was very clean with a great view of the ocean and mountain and the owners were easy to communicate with prior to our arrival.

Gorgeous view @Sea Village

We really enjoyed the gorgeous views and peaceful place! It was just as the pictures showed! Well stocked kitchen! Beach chairs and snorkeling gear. The pool was beautiful with great views of the ocean. There were grills and picnic tables to use in the courtyard. They were cleaned by staff every morning!

Short but sweet stay in Kona, HI

My girlfriend and I spent 4 nights at this property. It was clean, comfortable and the view out the balcony (er, lanai) of the cove was exceptional. Some fine details - the hosts provide just everything you might need - beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc. Definitely one of my better VRBO stays.

Perfect Location, Great Views

We enjoyed our stay and the location can't be beat! It was a warm week so we were so thankful for the ACs in the living room and bedrooms. Kitchen had all the things we needed. Balcony had a lovely view.

Nice condo

Good location close to the main attractions in Kona but far enough away to be quiet. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Parking is easy and the sunset views from the lanai are great.

50th anniversary

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The location was perfect, allowing access to everything we wanted to do and see. I liked being back at the condo each evening to view the sunset from the lanai prior to going out to dinner at one of the many local restaurants. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. I've used VRBO a lot and one of the most important things to me when renting a condo is feeling at home when entering the unit. That's how we felt when entering this one. It wasn't overly decorated with a lot of personal items and tacky knickknacks on the shelves and walls. All in all, it was a great place to spend our 50th anniversary vacation. I would definitely stay in this condo again. (I already miss the malsadas from Paradise Bakery.)

Great condo!

This is a great oceanfront condo. We spent 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Every room has an AC which is great! Owner is very nice and allowed us to check in early. Communication is also very good. Will stay again when we go back!

Perfect family friendly accommodation

This unit was exactly what our family of 4 was looking for! The unit was stocked with everything we needed for our day trips to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc.) and came equipped with a Graco Pack 'N Play, which was great for our little one. The pool and grill area at Sea Village was very convenient and always clean. Jon was incredibly responsive to questions leading up to and during the trip. If we return to the Big Island, I wouldn't hesitate to rebook here.

Well stocked family friendly condo

This was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting the Big Island. Beautiful lanai with amazing sunsets, the complex has a great pool and bbq area, is centrally located, and the condo is well stocked with thoughtful beach toys and equipment. The AC is so nice to have. The kitchen had all the tools you could want. Great info from the owners and convenient check in and out. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing place on the ocean shore

This is a second visit to Jonā€™s condo by the sea. Easy to contact Jon. The lanai was our home for 3 weeks to watch the waves, fish and surfers. Comfortable bed. Nice walk to downtown. What more can you ask for?

Sea Village

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Village. Our favorite part was watching the dolphins on our lanai. The location of the lanai affords privacy with a fabulous view. The grills are located near the pool with tables and garden lights. It has a festive and friendly vibe. And finally, unlike many VRBOs, the mattresses were in great shape and the sheets soft. We slept in comfort during our stay.

Location, location, location.

We had a fabulous vacation here. This was our third time in this exact condo unit and it doesnā€™t disappoint. Close enough to walk to Kailua and not have to pay the steep parking costs, and far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle and noise of city nightlife. We loved watching the pilot whales and dolphins from the lanai. ā¤ļø

Perfect location

The trip was incredible and the location and condition of the property was fabulous. The hosts were very responsive and provided very useful information about the island. We explored the island every day so did not spend too much time at the property but it was perfectly maintained and had everything you needed. The beach chairs, cooler and snorkel equipment were prefect for us. Overall we were extremely happy with Jon. Cant say enough--perfect!

Convenient location, very hot but air conditioners and fans helped. Nice pool. The only problem we had was trying to get the tv to work, internet connection worked intermittently. But that was very minor, everything else was great!!!

ā€œNeed to knowā€ - good space for 4 people. - washer and dryer šŸ‘ - 15 minutes drive to Costco - sunset ocean views and sound of the wave at the living room. - very loud portable air condition in 2 room and a living room. Better used fan in the room. - 1 good size bed and 2 very small beds fit a child for each small bed only. - little ants like on counter top, table, bathroom sink. - a bit dusty around. - cooking pans is very scratch and old. I brought one leave there for next family.

Great condo in a relaxed building

My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much! The condo complex was quiet and never felt too crowded. The common areas, grills, and pool were all kept clean and tidy. We were outside of the "busy" area close to central Kona, but not far at all. We saw lots of people walking into town while there or using rental bikes from the station just down the block. Our unit itself was well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed eating meals and just hanging out on the lanai, which was mostly shaded from the sun thanks to the northern direction, and the unit was stocked with a cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach accessories that made going out for the day easy. I only had to contact the owner once when I was having difficultly with the lock box upon arrival. I figured out the issue but he immediately called me back, so I can only imagine if I needed anything else he would have been available quickly to assist. Overall our stay was great and we'd certainly stay there again.

It was a wonderful and relaxing stay! The condo was clean, air conditioned, and it is in a very central location. The covered deck had a beautiful view of the ocean where we could watch surfers, see dolphins and watch the waves. The owners were very accommodating and was quick to answer emails. We would definitely stay here again!
