「The apartment was clean and centrally located, just a short block walk to Ali’i Drive and the ocean. The accommodations were comfortable. The included underground parking was perfect. 」

「We loved Kona and loved the property. Excellent property manager, communication, great parking, convenient location.I gave 4 stars b/c mild musty smell (went away as soon as we opened up some doors), some of the things like couch cushions, cabana pad, coffee pot and bath towels need replacing, and the microwave was a little dirty. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, kitchen with good cooking amenities, but by far and away the best was the lanai, the ocean sounds, the sunsets, and the view!」

「Ideal spot overlooking a small beach park. Property was exactly as photos advertised. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, easy underground parking. Only problem was that we wanted to stay longer! We did not give ourselves enough time in Kona after starting our trip on the Hilo side of the island.」
