You do need to check into the actual hotel (which this is not, this is the villas), which is like 5-10 mins away by car, and I'll say this now that the hotel does have a restaurant. 「We stayed for 2 weeks and it was great. Only thing to watch out for is if you plan to rent a car. Garage is pretty tight entering and exiting the hotel can be challenging. Lots of scrapes on the bottom of my rental due to steep ramps. Other than that, staff was friendly, they know English, comfortable beds, great and well priced onsite restaurant, and a decent view.」

「Great stay for a small group! Staff was great and communicative, there was clear instruction on how to get to and from the Chania airport using buses or taxi. Fantastic location to old town Chania! Great beach access as well. Would definitely recommend again. Room can get a little stuffy, but AC fan works perfect」
