"There is a Family Mart convenience store inaise the hotel and nearby restaurants. The shopping mall is about 7 mins walk. Although quite a bit of a walk to the train station and uphill. Clean and friendly staff. You can have daily supply of toothbrush, hairbrush and shave just available at the front office. Availabilility of the coin laundry is convenient as you dont have to bring lots of clothes. Spacious room and daily change of bath towels. Change of linen can be requested. "

"I enjoyed both restaurants that they had on location. I enjoyed that they had transportation to JR station and to Mall. Service was good. tv stopped working and they replaced my tv within 20 mins . really good service. "

The free airport shuttle was on time and convenient, which made my travel much easier. The breakfast had a good variety, and the hotel location was peaceful with nearby shops and Aeon Mall just a short ride away. Highly recommend this place for travelers flying in or out of Narita Airport! "
