"staff are helpful and accomodating. Rooms are clean, they always replenish our new supplies, sheets and towels. The complememtary shuttle bus makesmanbig difference in our stay."

"Good hotel close to airport. Busy hotel with flight crews and visitors. Positives are a great gym area , quiet rooms and comfortable bed. Slightly disappointed with the breakfast- breads and pastries didn't taste liked baked that day, and not a normal Hilton Quality for most of the food. Also, Airport shuttle only runs once per hour during 10am - 5pm. So if you just miss the bus, you have up to a 55 min wait for the next bus ( what we experienced). Would be nice to run every 30 mins. "

"The resort is very outdated and I ended up in hives due to the amount of dust in the room behind the TV, nightstand, and bed. There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. The plus to it is the airport shuttle and shuttle to Tokyo. The dinner buffet was very pricey, I ended up going to Thai Cafe down the street and had amazing food there! "
