"The hotel locates next to the JR Matsumoto station (3-4 minutes walking distance). It is convenient. I appreciate the public bath in the hotel which is clean and relaxing."
"The onsens were dated and not well maintained, and the ground floor indoor bath was quite dark and I was almost tripped off at the stair. The entire hotel was very spacious and most areas were clean and nice. But somehow everything felt a bit lacking something compared to most of its peer hotels like the garden maintenance or the staff friendliness/enthusiasm. "
