“Clean room, helpful and friendly staff, easy parking in front of the building. There were some disgruntled people in line in front of us at the desk during check-in, and it sounded like the establishment was over-booked. We and the couple behind us had no trouble checking in though. My only complaint was that the mattress on the side nearest the bathroom had a slight sag, and after the second night, my back hurt.”

“I've stayed in this location traveling solo for work on a number of occasions. It is conveniently located to access amenities and shopping.”

“Room was on the smaller side but had everything needed for work. WiFi was reliable and fast, which helped me get my tasks done without interruption. Housekeeping was attentive too, keeping the space tidy each day.”

“I came in early to see if we could check in early and there was no one at the front desk and no way to get ahold on a employee. the phone number went right to VM and VM was not set up. When we cam back at check out time there still as nobody at the front desk and difficult to get ahold of employee. the lobby smelled like pot. we reserved 2 queen beds and received a one king and a pull out sofa. we needed to back down to get sheets and blankets for the pull out. I must say once we talked……

“Everything was great! The property is close to everything and was easy to access. The only drawback was the air conditioning in the bedroom was very loud. Other than that no problems.”

“This was a wonderful property to stay at for my son‘s graduation from Navy Boot Camp. He had his own room, the beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. Great showers, ample storage in the bathrooms and a really fun walking distance to Main St., Libertyville.”

“Great host! Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to Hainesville”
