「We didn’t get the type of room we had booked, but no effort what so ever to make up for it or even apologise. It was very difficult to get in touch with the “staff” when needed, and he didn’t speak English at all even if it says they should.」

「The wifi was non existent. I tried to tell the front staff and they were not receptive and leaving shortly, at 9pm! The walls were full of huge black streaks. The bedding was full of piles - obviously they wash their sheets with their towels I am guessing. The mattresses were terrible as were the pillows. The pillows were so very sad. The only salvation was the breakfast staff - super awesome! I have to say I thought I would have had the chance to express my concerns the next morning; however,...

「War alles gut, nur etwas wenig Küchenutensilien wie Besteck oder noch ein kleiner Topf. Sonst war alles soweit in Ordnung . Würden wieder kommen .」

「The kitchen had basics but missing a few utensils such as a bottle opener or corkscrew, spatula or serving spoon. We improvised. Also some light bulbs were out. Great location in the heart of old town, but be aware that there is a lively Mexican restaurant below (good food but noisy) and the street doors were often wedged open. Wouldn’t want to stay there with very young children or as a lone female. 」
