Please be advised that the lanai/balcony will be under construction with the possibility of sliding glass doors boarded up from May through June and will be closed to guest access during this time. As a result of this temporary inconvenience, the nightly rate has been discounted.
If you are sensitive to construction noise or require lanai access during your stay, we kindly ask that you do not book the unit for these dates. We are happy to recommend another unit/property. Thank you for your understanding.

Very worth it! They provide lots of spices for foods, iron clothes, soap, shampoo, beach chairs, etc. There are some coolers there as well. Very good located, basically in the middle of the island.

Lihue Stay

The condo was clean and easy to get to from airport. Very comfortable. Beach is close to unit but would not recommend for swimming but plenty of sand to enjoy sitting by. We did not use it. Location is great for doing tours. Wish had dishwasher and took me awhile to figure out washing machine. But overall would stay there again.

Central location to explore Kauai

The property was as we expected. The beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, and flippers/snorkel (no mask) were a big bonus. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped with any item you could need to make a nice meal. Grocery store was a 3min drive down the road and Coconut Marketplace was a very short walk away. We had an amazing week exploring Kauai and would stay here again. We did not spend much time at the property during the day. The pool was basic but fine. The laundry process was complicated. The app would not work for us. We then had to purchase a laundry card and load money on before we could ultimately do the laundry.

Home away from home

Our suite was the perfect location for us. Walkable to the Coconut Marketplace for quick bites and coffee. Directly across from a walking path that takes you to nice tide pools. And <30 min drive to other towns and beaches across the island. Getting to and from the airport was easy. All the amenities inside the suite were as described and the AC was much appreciated for the warmer afternoons. The beach supplies were also a nice surprise.

Great Hale - Bad HotTub

The Hale was perfect! Had everything we needed and in a great location. Beach nearby was not for swimming but beautiful. Our host was AWESOME!!! The groundskeeper weren’t exactly helpful but we were able to connect with our host with ease. The hot tub was awful as it had way too much chlorine added nightly. It made it hard to breathe and caused eyes to tear up heavily. Didn’t feel safe in the hot tub at all. But I would stay here again regardless

Best Unit in the Hale complex

We’ve stayed in several condos in the Hale complex and this is by far one of the most comfortable and best equipped. Having small necessities like coffee filters and basic spices/oil and a well equipped kitchen make this unit stand out for us. We love the Hale complex as it’s an easy middle of the island place to base from. The coconut market and several resorts with numerous restaurants within walking distance give you plenty of options for food. Highly recommended this place!

Mostly happy

The unit is well equipped including kitchen and beach stuff, we appreciated the coolers, sun umbrella and beach chairs. Nice beach towels and good number of bathroom towels as well. Well functioning appliances, no dishwasher but we managed as there is enough of dishes and silverware for a family of 3 or even 4. Cleaning: in general the place could use a good spring cleaning, a lot of dust in places like around the bed or sofa or or decor that was hanging in the bedroom above our head. The shower was clean but there was a smell from the shower drainage the moment you run water in the shower head We had a problem with the kitchen sink and the manager responded instantly and resolved the issue, much appreciated. Really nice stuff and helpful maintenance personnel. A bit noisy from the traffic but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

comfortable, well-equipped property

We were very pleased with the condition and equipment at this property (in fact, we even purchased a matching set of kitchen knives!). The unit even included a coffee grinder, which the property manager confirmed for us "in real time" so that we could purchase some local beans before we checked in. The beds was comfortable, everything seem to function as expected. Community barbeques were adequately maintained and conveniently located. If we were planning another trip to Kauai, we'd definitely give this property top consideration! We enjoyed the location: we liked the central location as well as shops within walking distance and pleasant local walking trails mostly along the coastline (we walked at least 4 miles every day). We felt that the property manager as well as the site manager were very accommodating and helpful,

This was truly the perfect condo. This condo had everything we needed from beach gear, fully stocked kitchen appliances, updated interior, lovely patio, and hot tub/pool on property. The location was great, easy to get to North shore and to Waimea Canyon. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and we can't wait to come back again! Had everything we needed and more! Beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, goggles, flippers, laundry baskets, dishes, silverware, Broom and even a few tools! Everything that we couldn't bring on a plane. Air Conditioning made our stay more comfortable as well!

Perfect location to visit Kauai!

This property included usueful amenities AND is great central location for ALL island adventures. Beach towels, cooler, snorkel gear, beach chairs, kitchen full of essenstials, plenty of room for our girls trip(4 guests). Near by grocery store, restaurants, beach access, airport, and so much more. I would opt for towel service! There is a community washer/dryer but we were so busy and never found the time to do them. 100% satisfied with this property.

Excellent Location, Clean accommodation

We staying in Poipu and another location on the East side of the Island and found the south (Poipu) to be our favorite. This condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked for cooking. We loved the access to all things on the south side of the island. Opening up the windows allowed for a nice breeze to pass through the unit which helped to stay cool at night.

The place was equipped with everything to have fun in the sun. From snorkeling gear, to beach chairs and coolers to keep hydrated to have fun in the sun. The kids and I had a great time and it was super close to many of the grocery store as well.
