「Overall is good. Staff are nice and friendly. Near city centre, convienent. The cleaning services were not as good as expected. Despite having come into the room every day to tidy up the beds and other facilities, rubbish left on the table and other areas were not tended to as expected.」

「The room and the linens are clean. A tram station is 4 minutes walk from the hotel, and 5 minutes for a metro station. Cons: There is only 20 cm between the toilet seat and the sink. We only found 3 sockets for charging smart phones, and only 1 of them is at the bedside. I found the sofabed not so comfortable. 」

「I can't sing enough praise about this hotel. My teenager and I had the most pleasant stay here. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and every piece of furniture and decoration adds to the charm. We stayed here twice during different legs of our trip and both rooms were spacious and spotless. Can't beat the location; right in the city center and walking distance to most sites as well as subway station, and yet very quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff are so kind and helpful. And the breakfast...
