"The location of the hotel was great. The train station is across the street and there is a free shuttle that could take you there and thecshopping mall, Ikspiari, for free. The staff was accommodating and courteous. The room maybe dated but spotless and clean. There is a convenient and Disney store on site. The shower is great especially when you are tired from walking. I would stay there again if I was to return to Tokyo Disney."

"The nicest people. They greet you as you get there and take all your luggage for you to your room. Easy check in. The hotel is clean and they come and clean your room and give you new products every day. No need to worry about bringing shampoo, conditioner, or body wash they have big bottles in the shower already for you to use. "

The bathroom were very clean nice staff 10 out of 10. Definitely will come back with my three kids. My kids are very sad that we’re leaving."

"One of my favorite hotels ever! It was clean, well run, and I loved the fresh linen jammies provided nightly! The staff was so gracious. And I had the spotless gym all to myself. I recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be close to Disney, but also close to the Tokyo Metro for sightseeing"
