"The hotel is in a very ideal location, close to transit, convenience stores, and walking distance to Dotonbori. The staff are very helpful during check in and check out processes. There is a weighing scale in the lobby which is very convenient for tourists. The hotel also offers amenities near the elevators, and sleepwear rentals. You can also borrow hair irons, extension cords, etc in the lobby. There is also an airport express bus depot at Doton Plaza which is about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. We also purchased breakfast vouchers at the kiosk and the buffet was good for the price. There's continental and Japanese breakfast options which was great! Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back."

"My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Citidines. Very nice location close to Kuromon market and Dotonburi. Rooms were quiet and clean and we had room service stop by everyday to provide a turned down bed, and clean towels. Staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was nice and modern. We opted for the double room and felt like we had more than enough space for just the two of us. I would recommend a bigger room for people traveling with kids. Views from our room were okay. If you can get a cheaper room without a window, I would consider it because you aren't missing much, view wise. The air conditioning was a HUGE BLESSING after a very warm and humid day exploring the city!! My only complaint is that the bed was a bit hard for my prefrence."

"My stay was excellent from beginning to end. The staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their professionalism and hospitality made me feel right at home. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, from the lobby to my room. Housekeeping did an outstanding job, and everything was well maintained throughout my stay."
