Staff are nice and helpful, room is neat and clean

Everything was great

Spacious rooms with 2 double beds. New hotel and super clean. Like the color and design of the rooms. Definitely will book again.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff truly made a difference with their kindness, efficiency, and friendly demeanor. Every interaction left me feeling valued and taken care of—it's rare to see such exceptional service. Thank you for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. On the third day, our fridge stopped working, but the team quickly stepped in to provide us with a new one. They even offered to replace the milk that had been frozen in the malfunctioning fridge. The location is the beat. Just can see the view of Osaka Castle

The staff were very friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was also excellent, and the room temperature was pleasantly cool. However, the pillowcase was visibly dirty and was not replaced even after the room was cleaned. In addition, during my five-night stay, slippers were not proactively provided.

It is a very convenient location and the hotel rooms are big.

Very convenient shuttle to the Kansai International Airport.

clean and nice hospitality
