"It was so pleasurable to start the day with the onsen ritual. Automation at the hotel is excellent from check in to check out including updates on the room TV about crowded times to use the onsen or elevators. Staff is incredibly patient and helpful with the best attitudes. This my second stay at an APA Hotel in Tokyo and I will continue to stay at this welcoming hotel chain."

The room was adequate - a bit small for two people with large suitcases for a 5 night stay. The bed was comfortable and laundry service was easily available. The location was excellent for our itinerary and close to public transit options."
