A stylish historic home nestled in the picturesque market town of Kelso, situated along the stunning banks of the River Tweed, which is famous worldwide for its superb salmon and trout fishing. Kelso is rich in architectural beauty, featuring everything from its cobbled marketplace and French-inspired town hall to the striking ruins of the abbey and the grand Floors Castle. The town boasts a variety of dining options, welcoming traditional pubs, art galleries, unique boutiques, and lively farmers' markets. Ideally located for outdoor enthusiasts, the area offers activities such as fishing, hiking, biking, dog walking, and horse racing at the renowned Kelso Races. The town also hosts numerous agricultural events, highlighted by the annual Borders Union Show in July. Golf lovers can enjoy nearby courses, including the Kelso Golf Club and the prestigious championship layout at Schloss Roxburghe (4 miles away).


This beautiful holiday cottage is thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and style for your stay. As you enter through the welcoming entrance hall, you’ll find a convenient downstairs WC. To the left is a spacious lounge, the ideal place to relax after a day of exploring. The room features a Smart TV for your entertainment, creating a cosy atmosphere for family or friends to unwind together. On the right side of the entrance hall, you’ll discover a sleek and modern open-plan kitchen and dining area. Fully equipped with contemporary appliances and ample dining space, this bright and airy room is perfect for preparing delicious meals and enjoying them together. Upstairs on the first floor, the cottage boasts two beautifully appointed bedrooms. One is a versatile zip-and-link super-king bedroom with an en-suite private shower room, ideal for flexibility, whether you’re travelling as a couple or with friends. The second bedroom on this floor is a comfortable king-size room featuring an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a separate shower, providing a luxurious space to refresh and relax. The second floor mirrors this layout with another zip-and-link super-king bedroom complete with an en-suite shower room; plus a further king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom offering a bath and separate shower, ensuring ample space and comfort for all guests. All the bedrooms include Smart TV's so you can kick back and relax once you head to your sleeping quarters.


Outside, you’ll find a fully enclosed garden providing privacy and peace. The patio area is furnished with outdoor seating – perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. Steps lead down to a gravelled area, offering additional outdoor space for relaxation or play. Parking is available on the street directly opposite the property, free of charge and subject to availability. Additionally, free public car parks can be found within 100 metres, making arrivals and departures easy and stress free.
